There are no problems as the item was received very quick and am very pleased with the item
We had three shipments from Lanyards/Gifts Tomorrow.
Lanyards were fine.
The first set of badge wallets were an appalling design; prepare for sore hands and broken fingernails to open them, and a ziplock effect that makes insertion of cards impossible without cutting 2cms off each side.
The second set was ordered as a replacement because of the struggle with the first. Paid £*** for next day delivery pre 10:30am which was refunded as they arrived 2.5 hours late, too late to use. The delivery estimate stated Tuesday, despite Monday being a Bank Holiday - there should be a disclaimer on the website about Bank Holiday delays, there was no response or voicemail on Monday and we were hopeful but confused.
Really happy with product, only took a few minutes to install, fast delivery, arrived on the date specified, would definitely recommend this company for reliability.

Clear information on the product on web page. Very easy order & payment procedure. What I ordered was delivered well within given date. Product of good quality and easy to install.
Tried to place an order on lanyards site, phoned when it wouldn’t take payment and was directed to gifts tomorrow, sister site. They didn’t quite have the same stock offer so I chose a second, not as good but adequate. I ordered 2 different coloured lanyards with matching ID card holders. Arrived promptly but one lanyard had wrong fitting. Both order and confirmation list a clip but one with a hook arrived. I messaged customer support to advise of error and ask for correct item. A week later I’ve given up any hope of a response or replacement and have ordered a new one from elsewhere.
3 things have gone wrong- I won’t be returning and I have the expense ( financial and time) of chasing this company and sourcing a replacement.
Overall- poor service.
