Terrible experience. I ordered an item that should have arrived in "3-6 business days", and didn't recieve a confirmation email (YET I RECIEVED THE EMAIL ASKING FOR MY EXPERIENCE, SO IT'S NOT A FAULT IN MY REGISTRATION PROCESS), then when the item didn't arrive I tried using the website's feature for contacting the customer service, but it was glitchy and it didn't work, so I wrote to them, someone replied that they had NO IDEA where my item was and they would hear from the courier and let me hear from them the following Tuesday (it was Friday during working hours). Radio silence on Tuesday, I even wrote a mail to solicit a response but nothing. It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten my package.

I'LL strongly discourage everyone I know from ever shopping from that website, if they didn't have a means to keep up with customer service on August they should have shut the website down.

I did not receive email confirmation that the order has gone through and only found out through checking my credit card account. Got confirmation from amaxon shipping which claimed the item was delivered in my mail box but none found.
