Amazon drivee broke the first one, speedy second delivery and good customer services

Bought a glass i had bought 3 timed previously cost £*** was sent a cheaper alternative that was priced £***.
Sent an email asking if they could amend the mistake and heard nothing till just now when they sent me this feedback form.
Wish it had been a better feedback original glass amazing but very disappointed at being sent an cheaper alternative this time with no explanation or recompense .Customer Service not good x
