The first order that I placed was very good from start to finish. I have since placed a second order for a future date so that hasn’t been Delivered yet. Hopefully that will be delivered on the day requested otherwise so far so good. Thanks.

Gifts International was easy to make an order from, online. Everything went along as expected and my order was dispatched in good time.
I had paid extra, to have my order delivered on a certain day. I got a notification, that the order was with the carriers and would be delivered accordingly.
Except it wasn’t. I got a notice that my delivery would be delayed. The carriers gave me some untrue excuses, as to why it had not arrived at its destination. I know the delivery location very well and the excuses they gave me, were a load of rubbish. l didn’t believe them. Not only did they not deliver it that day, they didn’t deliver it the next day either! It was delivered the day after that and l was Not Happy.

This of course, was not the fault of Gifts International and when l emailed them to .complain (I regret being a bit rude), along with photographic proof of the non-delivery.
They could not have been more Professional, in the way they handled my complaint. Not only did they refund the extra postage charge, they refunded the whole order.
I apologised for my lack of manners, in my approach.

I couldn’t have asked for more. Brilliant customer service and a happy outcome.

I would happily recommend this company to everybody. Buy with confidence i will definitely use them again myself.
