I found both the ordering process and the helpfulness of the customer support team very satisfactory. The delivery was made as scheduled the packing on the pallet excellent.
last time I had an order from you delivery was done in two deliveries two boxes on Saturday and the second after contact with DPD parcels on the Monday this time I had no text from you to say when and who would be doing the deliveries
I felt the order procedure was more designed for business rather than retail customers. Not a big deal.
Super service - ordered Sunday, received Tuesday morning.
Haven't used it yet so can't comment on the quality or ease of installation
Easy to use website with clearly displayed prices also shown with VAT included. Reasonable delivery costs and prompt well packaged goods. Big bonus was that the particular product I was after ( X-Grid) is both recycled and made in the UK.
As I have only had 2 of the 3 parcels delivered and have not started the job as yet I can't comment yet on how good they are, the swift delivery by you is commended but as the third parcel by DPD PARCELS has not arrived I can't comment about there delivery I have spoken to a lady in cape town South Africa who assured me that it is in the depot in Roche Cornwall waiting to be delivered on Monday hopefully.

The ordering process online was very easy, but I called prior to ordering with a query and was informed nobody was available to help. I was promised a call back, but never heard anything, so have had to place an order for a sample instead - which involves a hefty postage charge.
At the point of ordering, if a product is not in stock a customer should be notified.
My order was placed on the 30th August and delivery stated 3-5 working days. Only when I chased nearly 2 weeks later was I then told a product was out of stock. Can't comment on products yet as still not been received.
Not the best customer service.
You cannot improve an excellent service and product.
No indication at time of purchase, 26 August, that items were not in stock. 8 days later still awaiting delivery time. This is poor. I could have ordered it elsewhere and have it installed etc.
Its the 'not knowing' at point of purchase that aggrieves me.
Its 'like being conned into purchase on an expectation..
