Very rude staff, this company is 100 percent not legit. They lie about their customers not returning their machines the truth is they don’t allow refunds. They make the box very hard to open so then they can say you damaged the box so you can’t return but yet they offered me a wind hand replacement machine even though I never even used the one I bought.

Don’t bother buy from this company , they just liars and don’t care at all about what you got to say and it takes nearly two weeks to finish a whole conversation with them. They are a complete joke. It’s okay I’m going to buy a better one . They told me they can’t re sell the machine even though I never used it because the box it came in is ripped? Like they can’t just bring an extra box to come collect it? They said they will use the machine in the office like I’m a fool?

on the website it woudl eb helpful to have pictures of all the models rather than just clicking on the make.I would not have contacted customer service if that would have been the case

I felt the customer service at the beginning was good and helpful. But did take some time to resolve.

My last correspondence was the most negative as the staff member (not Tom) was quite dismissive and rude as I was just checking some thing about the new blender.

Have I lost confidence in the quality of frothier? Yes.

Would I recommend Froothie to a friend, yes with caution but recommend they buy via Amazon for better deal and better return.
