All good and easy

Delivery was quick, but costly considering I was spending £*** . I awarded just 2 stars largely because a replacement jug shouldn’t cost more than half the price of a complete new blender. How does that encourage sustainability? I checked and replacement jug cost in Aus/NZ is half the cost in the UK.

What I love about Froothie is you can actually speak to someone. On the occasions I have spoken to their customer service they have been great, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed! They were happy to discuss all different questions I had when comparing what blender would work best for me and my needs. My last Froothie blender lasted 11 years so there was no doubt that I would be choosing Froothie again. My new blender is the Optimum 9400X, it’s honestly a monster, I love it, blends anything you want. I have no qualms on recommending them to anyone.

The froothie Evolve is a fantastic product which is so versatile I’m using it every day. The voice command is a nice touch and does make me smile. It’s so easy to clean, and so far I’ve made soups, steamed veg and made smoothies. The soups smooth and hot at the end of the process with 💯 no contact with plastic. The glass jugs are heavier than plastic. but that is what I would choose as I don’t want to heat food in plastic! (I note other makes that have glass jugs have plastic at the base where blades are as you have to unscrew to clean) My sons enjoy the smoothies and I’m finding I’m eating more greens as the steam function is so easy to use and the baskets stainless steel (unlike other brands).. I have never felt so keen to use a kitchen appliance as I have with the Froothie! You get what you pay for in this case; great customer service and a high quality machine under warranty. Highly recommend!

Customer service before buying is excellent. I had questions and online chat became a phone call with comprehensive conversation on uses for the evolve. Then total surprise that my purchase was delivered the next day - fantastic.

It would be useful to have an out of office response for weekends as I emailed at the weekend but got no response until Monday.

The Froothie Team have very proactive and responsive to the requests and questions I have had.
