I have ordered on 3 seperate occasions with Froothie. Easy to order, speedy delivery - I have never had to use customer services as I have never had an issue so can't comment.

The order process was straightforward, used the code given for discount. All went well. Delivered promptly. Customer service was very fast, very polite and helpful.

The after sales and repairs is awful, instead of offering repair of the machine they said they’d find me a second hand one to purchase. I spent £*** on a juicer which has most definitely not been used enough to warrant replacement. Instead the support team said I may have dropped it. It’s weights of 20kg, how ridiculous to make such a claim. Unprofessional and absolutely not worth buy from them. In addition they would not accept a return of the juicer accessories given they’re brand new and no longer in use, apparently the policy says they cannot restock items. Which makes no business sense, not environmentally friendly.

This is a good blender. I bought it about a month ago and very pleased! The test for me was ginger! My last blender left it very bitty and stringy! Not pleasant! I’m so pleased to say this isn’t the case with my new one, really makes light work of it! I’m very pleased! It was 50% off! I would not pay nor do I think it’s worth the full amount!
The one negative is it is loud! I might have to invest in the sound proof case, because my doggy runs away when I turn it on! 😞

Ordering & delivery were all good. I had to contact Froothie support re 2 cracked plastic cups. I initially emailed (twice) directly to Froothie Support. No reply. I then contacted 'Francois' as per the info card that came with the product. No reply. It wasn't until I emailed through the online form on the website that I received a response. Issue was dealt with quickly & replacement cups sent. I have rated 4 stars due to the frustration in contacting customer support. I am delighted with the product though & probably would recommend to others.

I had problem with my delivery address . When I called about this, I had full support and the problem was solved.
