Overal the service you offered for us what we needed.

But feel to get what we needed it was a struggle and took weeks for your department to come back to us for us to just order spares.


The website should just be available for spares whenever we require.

So the spares don’t the job and our machine is up and running. After being out of action for 2 weeks.

Which could have been avoided.

The order process was straightforward, used the code given for discount. All went well. Delivered promptly. Customer service was very fast, very polite and helpful.

The after sales and repairs is awful, instead of offering repair of the machine they said they’d find me a second hand one to purchase. I spent £*** on a juicer which has most definitely not been used enough to warrant replacement. Instead the support team said I may have dropped it. It’s weights of 20kg, how ridiculous to make such a claim. Unprofessional and absolutely not worth buy from them. In addition they would not accept a return of the juicer accessories given they’re brand new and no longer in use, apparently the policy says they cannot restock items. Which makes no business sense, not environmentally friendly.
