I felt the customer service at the beginning was good and helpful. But did take some time to resolve.

My last correspondence was the most negative as the staff member (not Tom) was quite dismissive and rude as I was just checking some thing about the new blender.

Have I lost confidence in the quality of frothier? Yes.

Would I recommend Froothie to a friend, yes with caution but recommend they buy via Amazon for better deal and better return.

Fruits and vegetables still have to be chopped to smaller pieces. Soft fruits have to be pushed as the machine can't catch it. My fine filter broke during extraction a juice from a carrot (cutted to small pieces).
