Overall Froothie were very easy to deal with due to the 24 hour telephone service however
I believe that using an external ordering line service does not offer always provide the best level of service when enquiring about certain aspects of the product. That said even though I had to wait for news and replies from them the assistance received was good and of a high standard. It was not a faultless process but the desire of the froothie team in particular Bernhard was excellent and his desire to make this right was extremely good. The purchase of the new optimum 600 3rd gen was easy decision because we were replacing the 400 which had seen 8 years of daily use for a family of 4 keen juice drinkers so we knew the quality of the product we were investing in would be there. We have infact been hugely surprised by the improvements in this juicer, it is far better than we imagined and the speed it produces the juice in this up to date version is incredible. We have cut the juicing time down to just a few minutes. No chopping required just load the whole fruit and veg into the machine and it comes out even smoother then ever with no sediment. It’s brilliant.
I love the Juicer! However I found froothie customer service a bit all over the place. I ordered online on a Thursday morning and didn’t receive it till Tuesday. No one seemed to know what was going on. However other than that, I am happy with the product and would definitely recommended.
Delivery was prompt. Did not speak to customer support so cannot comment. I would recommend to other customers. I have ordered from froothie before and have been satisfied with the service.

I am disappointed in the service i have received as the ordering process was not so straight forward, some of this was probably my fault as I paid by bank transfer. I think they mislaid my order as nearly a week later I chased it up. They were quick to respond and found my order and dispatched my blender immediately. I did request a red one and even phoned and left a msg to confirm I wanted a red one however I received a black one. A week later I received another black blender so I contacted them explaining theyd made an error and it needed to be returned and it took them a few days to organise a returns label for me to send it back.

The entire process from ordering to delivery is well organized. Questions about the order and delivery were answered quickly, friendly and satisfactorily. The product was ordered on Friday and was delivered in the Netherlands on the following Monday. The entire logistics process could be followed via the Computer. Excellent service.
