The chap was very patient with all my questions and very helpful throughout the whole process - from initial enquiry to eventual order.

The knife kit was around £60. Delivery for a 200g item a whopping €30 for delivery. Not justified by any stretch of Imagination. Then the icing on the cake, another €40 for excise duty and VAT in Ireland.
In the end I paid more than €160 for it, VAT in England and in Ireland. A complete rip off. And you are asking me for a review. You have some nerve. Rest assured, you will never sell any machine to me again.

Quick postage and good ordering experience but the postage cost is excessive

I have had the Froothie for a while now and was very impressed with it. However I tried making carrot juice and the juicer screw broke. This was my fault as I didn't chop the carrots small enough. I ordered another juicer screw and it was delivered in good time, thanks Froothie 🙂

I need to return part of the order. There are no instructions on the website on how to do this. I have sent 4 emails now and no reply. Very disappointed as I have had good experiences with this company before.

I had a good experience with ordering my blender. It was an upgrade from my existing model. Customer support was good and I would recommend.
