Hi, probably by no fault of Froothie, my machine stopped working. My machine is now fully replaced and I now also have a valuable spare part in the form of the jug which was not where the fault was so thank you for making sure my order was fulfilled and working. Where I can recommend improvement is in taking more responsibility for ensuring the tech servicing team move forward within reasonable timescales, given that I had spent over a month without use of the machine I had only owned for 2 months felt a little bit ‘dismissed’ I had already given up and bought a magimix so I now have top class blenders coming out of my ears!
Anyway, apart from that, it was refreshing to talk to a warm human in the chat box and thank you for making sure I had a brand new blender.

I would definitely recommend this blender to others. I have used it many times already for smoothies, soups and milkshakes and it is so easy to use. It's a great quality product and I expect it to last for many years. It was affordable for me at 50% off, where i wouldn't have bought it at full price.
Very happy with my purchase.

The product itself is poor as the air-tight seal release caps keeps flying out under any pressure with the seal remaining unreleased.

The products was bigger than I thought
But it works very powerful and it does what it says on the box.
