Ordering was simple delivery was prompt and product is as described. It is an excellent very powerful blender and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic service pre and post purchase

Well, a great product (the VAC2), and great service from *** who ensured that I wasn't left without my vacuum blender for long. My original VAC2 gave up the ghost some 7 years of constant daily use! I tried a traditional blender, even the great 9400X, but just couldn't get away for the VAC2 fix. Bernard made it happen for me and we are now back having vacuum smoothies daily!
Once you go VAC2, you can never go back! Smoothies are so silky and there is none of the separation that takes place with traditional blenders. Smoothies last for 2 days and taste absolutely fresh!
Not convinced that there is a better option out there than the VAC2 and Froothie combo.

All good and easy

Delivery was quick, but costly considering I was spending £*** . I awarded just 2 stars largely because a replacement jug shouldn’t cost more than half the price of a complete new blender. How does that encourage sustainability? I checked and replacement jug cost in Aus/NZ is half the cost in the UK.

A very straightforward purchasing process. Prompt delivery and easy return of previous model for exchange.
