I tried 5 logo generators, including Canva, which I've used successfully in the past. FreeLogo Design was by far the easiest to use, produced the most impactful logo, and offered the most related value in terms of other resolutions, formats (including social media), usage guide, etc. Impressive and well worth the money. Customer service, no one has replied to my email, about not receiving the color scheme of our logo or signature. We pay extra for these services but not received and not able to use. No contact information for your assistance. Not very supportive.

I initially requested a refund for a product ordered but not used. At first, the request was denied. I resent the request with a clearer explanation and the request for a refund was granted. As a new customer, I felt they were willing to listen. I am happy with the resolution of the problem. I will continue to use FLD and recommend them to others. Thank you!

Need to have a set amount of edits rather than a fixed time **. It takes awhile to get feedback from others and I think having to pay an additional $10 is in poor form.
