    Toilettes japonaise s inutilasble, conseils donnés au check out, trop tard dommage.
    La musique sous la douche en panne.

    Genial le cadeau pour notre anniversaire de mariage les delicieux macarons et le champagne, Merci! on a adore la decoration de la chambre, à ce jour un de nos preferes sur paris

    Wifi ne fonctionnait pas, certaine ampoule aussi. Le Room service pour les plat qui sont proposé à la carte sont vraiment mauvais aucune présentation correcte dans l'assiette, le saumon n'était même pas frais et le réceptionniste ne savait pas répondre à mes questions concernant les plats à la carte, Vous devriez proposez une plus large playlist dans la salle de bain. Dommage un peu déçu des prestations pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

    This hotel is not cheap but worth its price. Very good location, you can walk to nearly all sightseeing-highlights in half an hour. The atmosphere is a bit special because of the dark colors and the bling-bling-diamond-concept, but we loved it. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is okay, the room is clean and not too small, bathroom and bed are very good as well. You have Wifi in your room, and a speciality in the rooms on the fourth and fifth floor is an I-Pad. Not good is the TV, where not a single german programm is available and the radio programms didn't work ... and if you want to sleep with open windows, you must accept the sound of burbling water from a little fontain in the garden - no problem for us, but it might disturb you ...

    what i found strange that we able to use wifi with max 3 persons ,whilst we were with 4 people in 2 seperate rooms ,also in the morning you can hardly find a space to have breakfast and the seats there are like the tables too low

    Je tiens surtout à remercier le personnel qui a été très agréable et surtout à l'accueil Mme ****
    Par contre sur Internet vous demandez l'heure d'arrivée et malheureusement les chambres n'étaient prête qu'à 15h et même une des chambres après ça.
    je tiens à vous signaler que je n'ai toujours pas eu ma carte membre.

    Die Matrazen sind zu schmal und die Qulität könnte erhöht werden. Ansonsten war es ein perkefter Aufenthalt in Ihrem sehr schönen ansprechenden kleinen und neuen Stadthotel. Vielen Dank an alle. ***.
