Une expérience particulière! Un casino est a l’intérieur et les personnes fument, ceux qui amène une odeur de cigarette dans tout le Bateau. On peut éviter cela en payant un complément pour une cabine ou une salle à siège long pour lequel j’ai opté (plus économique) La nuit a été difficile à cause de la climatisation. J’ai commencé mon séjour en Grèce avec un mal de gorge.
I booked a ferry for around noon departure and my confirmation came back to me for 7:30 am departure. The biggest problem is that I could not reach anyone at ferriesonline.com to correct the discrepancy. I had to hire a cab to take me to the port so that I could speak with someone Face to face with Stena Line. They made the change for ferriesonline.com. Meanwhile it cost me 40 pounds to fix the problem that ferriesonline created.

I have booked a trip Liverpool to Belfast, returning Dublin to Holyhead, both with Stena. I had to do this in 2 separate bookings. Frustrating! Can this not be improved?
I also noted that the ticketing documents were different for each. Liv to Bel was a page and a half of small print but allowed loading of ticket into my phone wallet. Dub to Holy was half a page and had no facility to load to phone wallet. Again Why?
