Booking was straightforward and *** was very helpful. Would have been useful to have seen your breakdown of additional costs over and above Stena's charge without having to ring back and ask for it which *** duly provided.
The site was easy to use and quick. However, I had a follow-up question about seat assignment and the links you rpovide for emails does not work so I wrote directly to VirtuFerry

I struggled a bit with payment but only because I didn't recognize the security being used. I am awarding 5 stars because I was able to clearly purchase what I needed and Customer service was so helpful and responsive. After transaction I received ticket immediately from carrier.
All. Good wit no problem
My booking took a very long time, over 1 hours and I tried to pay with 2 different debit cards but the payment did not go through. Finally I ended up using Klarna and the payment was successful. The customer service was quickly and easily attained via email and WhatsApp.
