I struggled a bit with payment but only because I didn't recognize the security being used. I am awarding 5 stars because I was able to clearly purchase what I needed and Customer service was so helpful and responsive. After transaction I received ticket immediately from carrier.

My booking took a very long time, over 1 hours and I tried to pay with 2 different debit cards but the payment did not go through. Finally I ended up using Klarna and the payment was successful. The customer service was quickly and easily attained via email and WhatsApp.

worst experience ever and extremely misleading. I thought i'd bought a ticket via stena directly but didnt. I'd bought a refundable ticket (to have flexibility) but when I tried to then cancel the booking, found i couldnt with a set of refund constraints that essentially ruled out any form of refund or protection against changes in plan. first and last time i'll use ferriesonline.
