The site is easy and clear to follow through.

Everything fine.
Nice boat. Great facilities. Confusing when you arrive at port, no sign as to how car drivers check in etc..cabins far too hot! Unpleasant nights sleep. Otherwise good.
The booking system is very good and you immediately get suggestions when your preferred sailing date and time is sold out.
The website is a shambles. I went online on Saturday 20/9 to book
a trip from Harwich to Hook of Holland on the 17th October returning on the 19th of October. For both these days there was a time already entered onto the booking screen namely 9.00am on the 17th and 13.45 on the 19th. However the website had a provision to change the dates and I accordingly changed the time to allow me to travel on the overnight ferry. I also booked cabins for the overnight trip.There was nothing on the online form to indicate there was a problem with this.
However when my tickets arrived the next day they were for the times originally listed namely 900am and 13.45.
I immediately contacted you to be told that I would have to pay an additional fee of in excess of ***euro to change the booking. This is despite me paying an additional fee when I paid for the trip which said that in the event of me not being able to travel at the time originally booked I could claim a refund amounting to 80% of what I paid. As the tickets cost me £***approximately this would mean that the cost to me of changing the tickets would have been £***. In addition when I went on line again to change the times asto the ones I wanted (presumably after paying the fee in excess of ***Euros the time being offered on the days that I wanted was still 9.00am and13.45 pm.
Why are these times on the form? Is this the only sailing times available on this day? The form doesn't tell you. If the revised times entered are not available or the online form will not accept the times entered why doesn't the form tell you when you enter the times.
It is impossible to speak to a human being to sort the mess out.
I have to pay more than 300 euros to try and sort it out online with no guarantee of achieving a successful booking. I welcome your observations
As a Canadian not user friendly, could not use Apple Pay, can’t put in my phone wallet. Took 1/2 hr -1 hr with help from a local tour guide to get 2 tickets? This could be simpler because I’m in my 3 rd week travelling and only encountered issues once, which didn’t take long. Hope this information helps your I. T. team
