Initial gentleman was lovely, once our money was received everything else went down hill.
Wrong paperwork, horrible receptionist, I’ve never been told so many times how unimportant We and our business was. Phone manners were horrible not just from the receptionist but a managers as well. Never able to speak to the lawyer that was apparently dealing with our case. When ever we phoned the people that needed to answer our questions were always either away, days off or not in the office, when asked if they could call us back, we were told they were busy or simply “I can’t talk on their behalf.

Effective removal of unfair bad debts. A bit expensive for what is done. Communication could be improved didn’t have any response for 8 weeks

Amazing job told me it would be all done hopefully within 30 days had removed my default in 3 weeks thank you very much
