Your customer service is appalling. And reception needs to be adressed it's pathetic .And the lies being told on parts not available when I've had no problem getting the parts I was told were unavailable. .And the time I've had to spend on the phone to my insurance company because of incompetent personall .still ongoing as your personall told my insurance company last Wednesday the 24th April. You didn't know when driving light covers would be in . Yet I can order these light covers from a reputable place in Ballarat and delivery is 3 to 5 days . These covers would have been in if your reception girls had taken photos of the driving lights when the vehicle was first inspected. Cutting corners when there should have been someone inspected the vehicle who knows what they are doing . Worst experience I've ever had at all . Absolute crap .
