Ironically, it proved difficult because I was unable to pay - the website wasn't taking payment by card. It got sorted in the end and the software is brilliant - but it wasn't without some pain!

Finding the right package and placing the order are fine but after that I was left not knowing what to do next. It didnt tell me to go to Downloads to get the file although I got an email saying a URL would be received but it was not.
Also the Office license number didn't arrive and I had to email and ask for it.

I like what you have on offer but the site shouldn't assume that we are all computer knowledgeable.

Been ordering from this vendor over many years, never had a problem with activation, always satisifed with their prices.

I would suggest putting a link to the program downloads on the checkout page, as the only information where this is provided is the product description, and it is important to get the program downloads before you checkout, at least according to the website.

My second suggestion is with the product key, which is only available on the checkout completion page and it is far from prominent.

That said, excellent company to do business with.

A great service at a more than reasonable price. The only hiccup in the whole process was when I did not receive a license key via email as promised, and as expected. A quick message to technical support however and they sent me the license to activate the product. In the end all a very painless experience.
