Factored are great at sending emails constantly offering their products, but they are really poor at responding to customers complaints or enquiries.
I have ordered more light fittings from you but the courier UPS are asking me to pay import taxes, after me ordering from a supposedly UK based company.

I was buying globe-shaped LED bulbs. The ones you offered looked excellent and the headline price was very good.
Of course, the delivery costs were always going to take the shine off all that. The courier costs were just about affordable. I got worried at the warning of customs charges, but in the end none were made additional to the agreed price.
When it came to dispatch and transport I was totally overwhelmed: a new message every day did _not_ give me extra comfort, rather the reverse. Please reduce this to a) order prepared; b) on the move (once!); ( c) coming tomorrow — no more.
I cannot review the lamps’ performance - ask again in several years’ time!
