Express solutions undertook a drain survey of our London house, with shared ownership, built in the 1880s. The survey was comprehensive and identified a number of places where the original clay drain pipes had separated causing a leak and resulting in a crack in the external wall. As well as the survey a detailed quote to undertake a repair of the leaks without the need to conduct building works under the house was submitted. The price for the survey was reasonable and the quote has been accepted and Express Solutions will be invited to undertake the repair work.
