Materials arrived on the 19.th the box was sealed but they were taken to the job on the 23rd. Opened box and found only had 4 rcd in the box not 6. When I phoned it was like I was the crook as I said to them the box was sealed but there was only 4 and not 6 it was the attitude. Of well we take pictures of the parcels. Fine. But it fell like I was been accused of stealing them.how ever when they checked. There system they found they had only put 4 in the box not 6. And they have been sent. Again the job is a 120 mile round trip. It was lucky I only had to use 3 as I found 3 other ones. Other wise it would have been another trip to install. At my cost. I just wish the man on the phone had been a bit nicer on he could said very sorry I have to check and get back to you it was the attitude we have taken pictures well the paper work said 6 but only 4 put in the box so despatch checking not very good . I’ve been trading for over. 40 years. So don’t need to lie about missing materials. I don’t have time to con people. We don’t advertise for work it’s all word mouth. Vans are not sign written so reputation is very important to us. M J ***. Director
