Making my order up to £*** only to discover that some of my chosen items were not included in the offer. Very disappointed. Surely you shouldn't be encouraging over-consumption? I only wanted to buy the items I needed. Waited for a different offer, but sadly then had to miss out on the soaps I usually buy as they were out of stock
