Great service and good choice of products.

Careful packing seems to be an issue. I am reluctant to order food items& household cleaning/ laundry products at the same time, as everything seems to be 'thrown in' together, resulting in damaged tins/ jars and frequently laundry liquid etc has leaked onto other products. Delivery is very quick( quicker than when I lived on Tyneside, which is a bit bemusing). However, I'd be happy for it to take a little longer, if it meant more careful packing.
I use Ethical Superstore because I like its values& range of ethically sourced products.

I am totally in love with your vegan, organic stem ginger cake. And my vegan daughter uses it for desert with vegan cream or ice cream. Yum

I have been a customer for several years as I am reassured that their products are safe for the environment. Delivery times are quick and well packed. On the rare occasions of leakage/damage the company have reimbursed me swiftly. They are my regular go to store for cleaning products and hope they continue to be successful.

Generally I am pretty satisfied with Ethical Superstore. I think the range of products is good and the ethical information provided very helpful.
Occasionally I have found some products out of stock, some for quite a long time, but I'm guessing that this is to do with issues with your suppliers.
Also, I do need to mention that several times I have received damaged goods in my delivery. I find this really upsetting because I have had to throw items away which is wasteful and it is also extremely inconvenient because I have had to re-order items and then wait for their arrival. These problems may be to do with the couriers rather than at your end but neverthless it does need looking into.

My order arrived fast and well packaged. Nothing was damaged - and I was able to enjoy the products I purchased.
