On this occasion Evri delivered the parcel in very good time and in good condition, they have not always done so.
The goods are always as described and the thorough description on the website is very helpful.
Usually it is clear whether you can order one item or a box of several items but this is not always the case.
I would certainly recommend Ethical because of the quality of the goods and the ethical standards applied.

I always buy the same item from here - so far only place I can find selling it at a reasonable price. Café Direct decaffeinated instant coffee tin.

The local supermarket Booths and Oxfam are no Lolinger selling it 😪 and we’re the only shops that sold it in my market town.

Lovely products - I buy coffee from ethical superstore on a regular basis and recently have branched out and tried cleaning products and even clothes and Christmas gifts. The wool jumpers are gorgeous (I bought two and have received a lot of compliments )
Customer service is great and delivery good too.
My only request would be that loyalty points and vouchers aren't given such a short use- by date - i felt pressured to spend it as it was due to run out.

Order should have very arrived quickly but had messages from evri to say it was coming the following day. When it did arrive it was delivered to the wrong address but I had someone who was able to fetch it for me as it was left in the rain.

The products we ordered are excellent. easy to order and rapid delivery.
