A great choice of ethical products from one company. It would be good if return envelopes for products from The Bower collective could be included so that empty containers could be returned.

The Ethical Superstore is a great place to head to for regular items you want to buy knowing their good provenance, as well as 'window shopping' for gifts to give others, who will enjoy not only the gift but the back story.

I placed an order on Sunday 24th May but have never received it. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frustrating. It has happened to me before.
I contacted your Customer Services yesterday and a replacement order is going to be sent out to me. I was also offered a £*** voucher which I have accepted,

Very occasionally I find a bashed or squashed packet or carton but on the whole the boxes are well packed and everything is fine. I like the way you use brown paper for packaging - I can always reuse it one way or another not least by feeding to my litter worms .
