I used to buy ethical products from a number of different companies - having all the things I need under the one (Ethical Consumer) 'roof' makes life much easier! There is a wide range of products and delivery is prompt. One suggestion would be to include return envelopes for the Bower Collective products

I was introduced to the Ethical Superstore via a Christmas Hamper of goodies that my daughter gave me from Christmas. When I went online I was impressed with the range of items available, and my first order was a mixture of food, body care and kitchen staples. Vey impressed with the quality, the back story to each product, the overall price and the timely delivery. Now part of 'My Faourites' for shopping.

I took advantage of the 99p delivery offer and ordered Seep cleaning clothes and sponges, plus a washing up brush. The website was straight forward to navigate and ordering was simple.
The items were delivered promptly in good condition.

Smooth process from start to finish. The orders always come within a few days, always well packaged in recyclable materials.
On a couple of occasions over the past few years, the box has been damaged by the courier during delivery and a small item lost. The customer service has been excellent. My items have been re posted without any fuss.

I can usually get the washing/skincare products and cleaning materials I want from Ethical Superstore: organic and less harmful to my family and the environment. You give good delivery information and my stuff usually arrives quickly and without too much plastic packaging.

I love the products, but the company is so hard to reach. My order has been "on its way" for 20 days now, and I cannot reach anyone to help me sort this out!
