Keep expanding the range. Some ethical products are hard to source generally, and it would be great to see Ethical Superstore meeting an even wider range of product needs

I like that I can trust the ethical credentials of each product. The website is easy to navigate and the product descriptions are clear. it would be good if there was an indication when out of stock products would be back in stock.

I usually give 5 stars as my previous experience has been excellent but I've taken off a star this time as I was disappointed with the lack of information provided about the fact that the order was coming in two separate parcels so I thought there was an item missing when the first parcel arrived.

The product arrived promptly & as described.

The goods have not been delivered yet, despite what Evri may have told you.

They tell you that they have delivered the order, but what will actually have happened is that they will probably have handed the goods to another carrier at a depot in Inverness or Glasgow, from where the other carrier will take a few days to deliver them to our home in Orkney.

You should send as much as possible with Royal Mail, who are much quicker and don’t mislead anybody about delivery dates.

I love the oil as always. The only problem I have is with EVRI! It was in their depot for quite a few days after your despatch. I contacted EVRI and eventually it was delivered. I really wish you could use the Royal Mail.
