I find the web site a bit unfriendly. I'm missing things I might want to buy but I don't feel like ploughing through all the sections.

Everything was good; the ordering and the delivery.

The order was easy to submit and the website is easy to navigate. My order arrived swiftly and I am very happy with the items. I appreciate being able to buy in bulk which is very convenient and cost effective. It is good to be able to access ethical products when these are hard to find on the high street. Thank you.

Excellent store selling a wide range of products. Customer services are helpful. Orders always sent quickly. Recommended.

The item (a fairtrade organic hoodie) is great, doing the job nicely thank you. It was ordered as part of a world book day costume, 2 weeks before the world book day... and very nearly didn't make it on time, which was a bit stressful. The company had emailed with a week to go, apologising for the delay, saying it should be with us in a few days. It took a further 6 days to arrive. It all worked out ok in the end, but 2 other small elements of the costume, ordered at the same time via amazon, had arrived within a day or 2. I don't expect everybody to be that unnaturally quick, and I had made a conscious effort to be as ethical as possible in the world book day costume decision making, which I don't for one minute regret...but it was stressful, and a stark reminder of what we're up against in terms of competition, and expectations.

Everything was fine. Correct item, well packed arrived in the time-window given.
I was in to accept the package from a very pleasant delivery man.
