Fabulous service. Highly recommend this company.

No issues as per with the ECC- buy a cheesecake off them once or twice yearly and this one was again lovely. However, it was a day late coming so arrived completely defrosted, the dry ice unfrozen due to being late - I know this is a courier issue not the fault of the ECC but I can’t rate the courier. The item size was to serve 40 (cheesecake cubes) so for that to arrive completely unfrozen was disappointing as it wasn’t all required to be defrosted at the same time - again a courier issue - no updates from the courier, I had to track it down

As usual when ordering from this company this was easy and the customer support was excellent. Unfortunately the first cheesecake delivery was fluffed by *** and a replacement had to be dispatched.

Have bought these cheesecakes for about ten years . They are always first class, arrive perfectly and keep without issue in the freezer. They have been ideal for parties giving many choices and zlready sliced. I have two in tbe freezer at the moment...but they will be ideal when family turn up on Bank holiday.. They are such gpod value.

I have ordered cheesecakes on various occasions but every time the selection has partially changed and I can't reorder the ones I liked previously.

I’m actually disappointed that you no longer do the personalised chocolate discs this added a personal touch. I’m also disappointed that the selection of cheesecakes is minimal because you now supply supermarkets! May I add I prefer to order directly from you as a company as apposed to little selection in supermarkets and the fact they are smaller.

Delivered to the wrong address (which was very upsetting as it was for my grandsons 13th birthday) and the courier threw the parcel over my neighbours fence, (2 doors away) which did nothing for the cheesecake .
