Excellent sevice, from ordering to fitting would definately recommend .
The blinds are beautiful, excellent quality. Blinds were easy to fit. The windows are large so had to order extra wide blinds. We were a bit nervous about measuring correctly but reassured by the on line measurement guildlines .
Would definately order again .

Ordered a custom size which took slightly longer to manufacture, but the quality seems to be very good and the physical colour matches the on-screen samples quite well.
Came well packaged against damage but the courier provided no info apart from a message on the day it was due to be delivered so was a good thing I was at home that day.
Easy to install and works well as a daylight blind, providing total privacy from the outside whilst still leaving a lot of light to filter through.

I ordered my blind. When it arrived the drop was only 45cm instead of inches. They said that's what I requested but who on earth has a window with a drop of only 45cm !

Make sure you measure the headrail of your existing blinds when ordering replacement blinds, as this is included in the drop length.

In terms of the service I received, I ordered 2 identical blinds to go side by side in the same window. Upon arrival and fitting, one was shorter han the other. Customer service has been less than ideal in resolving the issue thus far. Hopefully English Blinds will rectify their error. I will update my review with the outcome.
