The blinds fit just right. My measurements were spot on. Good quality blinds, look elegant when fitted. Communication and customer service substandard. No update for three weeks. When I queried the silence / apparent delay it was surprisingly ready and dispatched the same day. Courier took forever to sort and send; another week taken to deliver. Again delivered the day after I enquired.

I was satisfied in ease to order delivery and product. I was kept informed as to status of order when it was being made and when it was out for delivery. I received notification from delivery company when it would be delivered. It was delivered on date and product is just what we ordered and looks good in our bathroom
