I was browsing the Internet when I came across this company and I fell in love with one of the blinds. I saw that you could get a sample and I requested it the next morning. I cannot believe how quick it came overnight. The samples came and I instantly knew that the choice that I chosen was the right one in with the sample was a guide of how to measure blinds well I’ve never done anything like it before and I did ring up for help and the lady told me it was on the piece of paper. I feel like they could’ve been more helpful over the phone when someone isn’t used to measuring their own blinds. I’m not great at maths and I was scared. I would mess up the Blind has come. I think it took a few days longer than they said that they gave me for Delivery but when we put it up to my surprise, I measured it right I couldn’t be any more happier with the actual Blind the quality is outstanding it looks phenomenal. I can’t stop looking at it. It goes so well with what I’ve done to the kitchen. I do think these are a really good company. I’m debating whether to have a Blind for my living room. The only area I would say that would need improving is if you require help when you ring up I think you should be given it rather than told to just basically get on with it with the piece of paper that got sent out with the sample cause not everybody is good at stuff like that but I will definitely order again and I would definitely recommend the company.

None the order procedure was simple and straight forward didn't need customer support would definitely recommend English blinds very satisfied with the blind easy to install and as described and ordered

englishblinds gave me a expectancy that the courier would be giving me a notice and tracking on expected times and date of delivery. This did not happen.This left me a card through the letter-box to tell me that they had tried to deliver and I was out.
I wasn't aware until then that the Post Office was the courier.
I was able to go to a Post Office to collect the parcel later that day

No improvement needed, blinds came packaged well and fit my rooms perfectly.
