The price, quality and the choice of colour is great. Samples were sent out quickly. I particularly liked the fact that we could have a 35mm Venetian blind for our bathroom.
Only minus was the delay in dispatching my order. This was quickly resolved but had to phone customer services.
Great company and I would order from them again.

The blinds are exactly as expected and we are very pleased with them. But the delivery seemed to take long time and when we were told that the blinds had been passed to the delivery company it was another week before they were delivered.

It was good, but their communication re delays were non-existent. I had to get in touch, nothing beyond "oh we're really busy". Product, on arrival was good.

The instructions for measuring were straightforward, and I was informed at each stage of the making of my blind. Once it arrived I was not disappointed, a quality product, good value for money.
The Twist Fit option was quick easy to install.
