The blind is perfect, 4 stars given simply because the delivery was longer than stated, and I was told this was immovable when I called the company.

When received, we found one of the blind slats was broken - English blinds sent a replacement blind straight away. Excellent service, highly recommended. The product is good quality and well engineered.

Love the blinds, fit perfectly. Only slight issue is the delivery was a little long but it was during a bank holiday too. Will be ordering again for the rest of my windows

Hard work to call them, never answer. Email is best but thats a while too. A long time to wait for the blind to other companies but the blind,s okay but wouldn,t use them again.
