International shipment shipped without HTS tariff codes, causing long delays in receiving shipments because DHL is horribly organized and difficult to deal with. It is much easier if everything is submitted to them with the shipment up front, than to fix it later.

Your online store is fine - it's what happened after I submitted my order that's the problem. There was no payment step; just an email saying order *** has been accepted and handed to my local distributor. It doesn't even say who - just a link to all of your distributors so I can figure it out. Meanwhile 8Wired have not contacted me at all. Upon checking their website, they have everything I need in stock ready to order, but now I can't because they might eventually find this order and charge me twice. All of this bad experience could have been avoided if you just told me to order from my local distrubutor in the first place.
