Ordered Bluegrass helmet arrived as promised. Swiss Import duty/VAT had to be paid (which some importers manage to avoid or include) which impacted the otherwise good pricing - but still happy as that helmet hard to get in switzerland

My. Experience with CicliMattio has been absolutely fantastic, one of the best if not the best bike dealer in the world, I have bought two high end bikes from them and both times they did a great job packaging it,I received the bikes in perfect condition, I would highly recommend them they have a great selection of Bianchi and Pinarellos two of my favorites brands,
communication was good considering the time change as I am in the US, Be Aware that there are tariffs to be paid if you live in the US thanks to our Orange Pumpkin President..

I bought a bike frame that is really great, but unfortunately it wasn’t fully functional when I received it. In fact, the threading for the bottom bracket was defective (either it was poorly done or it got damaged during the painting process). I contacted the seller, who assured me that the threading should be fine, but I had to re-thread it myself (which was quite difficult because it’s an Italian thread and I had to visit several workshops before finding the right tap). Now that this is done, the frame is absolutely perfect.

The bike is beautiful, I really like it! It’s exactly as described — arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. There was a delay in delivery, but that’s fine, it was worth the wait. Highly recommended!

There was a very long delay on the delivery. But the price was resonable and the bike is great. Assembly was easy however there was no instruction what so ever with the bike. Also the videos on the website didn't match. But we managed our selves as it was not that difficult, only pedals and handlebar needed to be attached.
