Very good packaging (delicate and safe).
Excellent communication with the seller.
Delivery took 3 weeks, but in my opinion it depends on the carrier company and not from the seller.
Compared bike prices in shops in my country (Latvia), the bike with delivery was 70 euros cheaper.

Large variety of products but slow delivery.

Great service from the online messaging facility and the speed with which the product arrived in Australia from Italy was amazing. The only thing I found a little confusing was, when I ordered the Lake cycle shoes online it looked as if the product was in stock, and it wasn't and so my product had to come from the United States to Italy and then onto Australia several weeks later. Not a problem but it just wasn't that clear to me at the point of order. The shoes are the same as ones I already have and so I know them to be a great product.

Original trek part (free hub)

Ordered two SRAM Force front derailleurs, one was shipped properly in a box while the other was shipped in bubble wrap and missing manuals, and mounting tools. It appears it was removed from a bike as it also has chain marks already on it.

I am very satisfied, Great service, reliable feedback from customer service. My order arrived timely, great quality bike, as promised. I would 100% recommend this company.

Petit bémol: n’a pas averti quand il venait livrer . Je n’étais pas là. Quelques soucis au montage du vélo. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était super. Merci
