Booking my ski hire with Alpine Resorts is always simple and straightforward.
The choice of shops at my destination is good.
It would be good if the shops that are partnered with could offer some better snowboard and boot brands (eg Burton, K2, DC etc) but I appreciate that’s to do with the shops rather than AlpineResorts.com.
The rental charges are very reasonable when an offer is on.
I already recommend AlpineResorts to friends and family and will definitely continue to use them.

I received a prompt and helpful response when my credit voucher did not work. I was sent a new voucher number quickly and was able to make my booking easily.

There was an issue with the website which had different prices between the basket and equipment chosen but overall easy to book and great choice of shops allowing me to find a very competitive price.

HI I use your site every year and it is great, the biggest problem with your service I find, is that you do not keep my details on file. You should create a free membership, where I can log in and save my family details, members could then save all personal details, instead of having to fill in a lenghty form. I've just filled in details for 18 people which took quite a long time but I orgainse a ski holiday with these people every year, saved details would be a great help to reduce booking time
Had a little trouble with the booking form not giving payment confirmation and ended up booking twice. Quick message to support and it was sorted very quickly. Great support team.
Good site, have used before. Like the fact that ski hire shop will collect us from hotel (albeit am guessing this is standard Covid procedure to manage the numbers in the shop) and cancellable up until 15:00 on the day before hire especially given current increasing risk of non travel.
I hope we don't have issues with the ski shop as have in the past where the shop's ski pricing menu did not align to Alpinresorts selection and inevitably look to upsell you.
My only suggestion would be to try to provide some sort of separation between the list of shops actually in the resort that was searched for versus those in other resorts which are some distance away. The reason is that if you just scan down the list and see what looks like the best deal you end up wasting time because it’s not really relevant - I don’t think I’ve ever rented equipment from a shop outside of the resort where I’m staying. Hope that helps :)
