The lady in sales was very pleasent and vey helpful. I made a number of calls but that was due to me looking at alternatives due ro some items.being unavailable. She was kindness itself and parient with me.
The orer was rwady withon the timeline and I collected a couple of hours after norification.
On collection I was given firsr class trwatment as the goods were loaded onto my car.
My only disappointment was needing to double purxhase some.parts as I needed them doe french doors. The cost was offset a little by a ost ajustment..
I would recommend your company due to rhe first class treatment from your staff who were excellenr.

Great door, great pocket system. Protective film on door glass very difficult to remove cleanly.

Door is excellent. Delivery was reasonably quick, though in two parts - one for the frame, one for the door. Only two grumbles - 1) frame ended up being delivered a day after the notifications, requiring a change in plans, 2) protective film on glass is very difficult to remove cleanly.

Excellent communication. Doors looks great now they are fitted. Highly recommended.

An excellent business to trade with, goods arrived when stated and in good condition, the only thing that could be added is the floor roller to ensure that the door slides in one direction without swaying, we did buy one and fitted so all OK.

Website easy to use; customer service easy to contact; delivery was quick and the door appears to be a good quality though it hasn’t been fitted as yet.
