I'm leaving this review so that is more clarity on the website on what the door part of the pocket door is made of. It doesn't specify in the description and arrives made from wood. It looks like a metal door in the image, but the quality is good.
Delivery is poor for £***. The first delivery was dumped in the garden, didn't even ring the door, the other was two weeks late with three different deliveries promised which held up our project. Advice would be order this way before you need it.

Only part of ordered delivered and waited a further 4 weeks for the remainder of the order which arrived damaged. No options were given to rectify this situation other than to return everything after I’d invested in having a wall changed to accommodate the door. No replacement was available due to supplier going bankrupt.

All communication was driven by me and no proactive communication was forthcoming. Offer of compensation for delays and damage was not even the price I paid for delivery, which I felt pretty insulting considering.

I gave them plenty of chances to get this right. They might be great when things go well but they seemed entirely unable to manage a situation where they did not.

Emerald Door Company was a huge help with a complicated issue—the team was always available and quick to come up with solutions. And the doors? Absolutely stunning! I love the design and top-notch quality.

Needed some after sales care after 3 years of purchase and the team we're brilliant and fast at sorting our problem!

First class

Very well engineered door, arrived safely and on time. The joiner hadn't seen a bifold like this before but was very impressed with how it went together. Used natural Danish Oil to finish and it looks great!
