It was a pleasure purchasing my door from Emerald Doors. They were easy to get on the phone and very helpful. I called multiple times and they remembered me each time. I was experiencing an error in purchase but it was my fault and they were patient and walked me through the process. The doors came in two orders but came promptly. I have since installed my doors and is loving them! i would recommend them.

Positives - the metal frame for the pocket doors is fantastic.

Negatives - Door arrived damaged, luckily this part of the door will not be seen due to the door jambs.
Quality of instructions are shocking and are not correct. The door jambs require cutting, instead of coming in one piece, which seems ridiculous considering you are paying for what looks to be completed door jambs. This looks to be a cost saving measure from Emerald Doors. The instructions tell you to remove the door stops inside the door, which would eventually lead to the doors getting damaged when opening them fully.

Overall poor experience for the price.
