Fast delivery and a good product

I have bought a lot of products 13 doors (not best quality as doors all have manufacturing defects) but not issue which I can live with but you not responding to simple questions about the door finish in case I need to touch up the black doors is really poor customer service

Ordered french doors on the easily navigable website, they arrived in good time in new condition and were fitted with no problem.

The order procedure was straightforward and we are pleased with the doors and friends have remarked how good they look. However, there were some small defects and 'splinters' on the machined edges of both doors which have taken some careful sanding to remove.
Overall we would give them 9 out of 10!

Once I paid for the item I was told it was out of stock a day later then had no idea when it came back into stock until I had an email telling me a delivery date
