My B+ cubensis spore syringe hasn't arrived yet, but the Elephantos' customer service was great.
I also think the spore syringes will be good, since a friend of mine has also ordered them for "research purposes".

Artikel nicht bekomme fast 100 Euro einfach verschenkt da die nicht mal das zurück schicken oder wie sie in ihrer Garantie behaupten das man das Produkt bekommt falls es verloren geht. Ich habe es anders erlebt. Geld weg Ware nicht bekommen.

Only three stars because of the payment issues… the first payment done by Mastercard was said to have been refused…
I did a second payment by wire transfer soon after I got notified that the payment by Mastercard had been refused.
After that, I received an email saying that the payment had been made twice… such a pain in the ***, if you allow me that expression…
Moreover, my main payment method for this kind of transaction is my Visa card which is not even accepted…
Why choose a payment provider located in Hongkong, creating potential issues with the trust of the payment provider ?
I’m quite puzzled about that !!

I gave you 4 stars, because few years ago, I received truffles that were expired I guess, they didn’t work at all. First time when I ordered Atlantis, it was great. Customer service is for 5 stars, but your chat bot is not optimased for mobile OS. Maybe is something else, but when I touch field for typing, it doesn’t work. I tried at my android phone, after iPad, thinking maybe it’s not compatible with iPad OS, but at android phone is same issue.
