I only wish I could review without ANY star rating. I'm appalled at the service by your company. I have waited a very long time for the product which was quite expensive, for use in the summer! At this rate summer will be over and will.not be needed. After multiple emails and poor excuses I've asked for a full refund which I have not had a reply. The shipping details are inaccurate, just not good enough. I hate to write a review but I have no idea how to get you to answer me!! 5-8 working days for delivery it's been weeks for my order. *** I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, lesson learnt.
What I ordered was a good product and fairly priced and shipping costs were fair too
I required some advice before placing my order for all that was required to electrify my 50m fence and Wiebke certainly provided it answering question after question so 10 out of 10 there.

Order placed and received within just a few days so again 10 out of 10.

I was very pleased with the item I ordered, and the speed of delivery.
I have used this company before, and will use again.
The poles provided are flimsy and too short to properly hold up the netting. There are too few poles to minimise sagging. The instructions for setting up the electric netting are minimal and not helpful at all. The netting works, but any small amount of grass touching the netting makes the current weaker. The netting size for chicks is too large and chicks escape.
A very disappointing perchase.
Firstly, I have notified you already regarding my order, which after 15 days has not arrived, and was promised an email letting me know what was happening, by a gentleman I spoke to on the phone. No email. I did receive an email in response to my email telling you my order had not been delivered to my address. That email was no help at all! It’s not a good idea to ask for feedback when you have already been advised by email and phone that your customer’s order has not been delivered! I am not impressed and not at all happy, hence one star. Hopefully this review will trigger a satisfactory conclusion to this matter!
