Customer Service is ok, but when the vehicle is complete to pick up, l notice and found small parts missing and paint touch ups that wasn't there to being with.
I brought the vehicle back, parts were replaced but the touch ups was denied when photos were taken to being with.
Think there is a part is still missing.
The repair on my Landrover Freelander was the poorest most incomplete unprofessional work I’ve ever seen, to the point that it had to be redone, I also received $*** refund/compensation from NRMA after the car was finally “repaired “. I think that you should be ashamed of what you expected me to accept as a so called professional repair. NRMA has told me that they don’t use your repair shop anymore.
Communication was great. I was informed, whether text message or call, of every step along the way. The car was even washed and tyre shine used just as that extra step to make the car perfect again. Colour matched parts and workmanship looks spot on. They arranged for a taxi to and from drop off points free of charge. Couldn’t be happier.
Just thought a little bit of communication lacking as it was 8 days and not 3 days and was not told why the extra days. We were told it would be finished Monday and didn’t get it until Thursday. I was understanding on the need for extra time but would have appreciated being informed please. Very pleased with the job.

Quick and great job
I have had my car damage repaired by *** *** through insurance claim with NRMA. It was a great experience with ***. It was a long wait to get in. But al good places are always busy.
