We live in an era (world-wide), where "Customer Service " is often either non-existent, or of a very low standard. My recent experience with Gemini, *** was first-class, from the day we dropped our vehicle in, until the day we collected it! We were kept up to date of the repairs progress by Erin, who is a real "gem"!!
