It would be good to have the option to provide monthly MCE reports via electronic reporting forms, rather than ones that need to be printed, completed, scanned back to emails, emailed back then paper filed or saved to server, that is a 4 step process and not paper friendly. Electronic would speed up the reporting process to customer and allow data your end to be analysed probably quicker with ability to pull reports from information submitted. This is a reflection based on how technology is moving forward for consideration. Thanks

Small things get overlooked. eg wiping down cupboard doors in kitchen, dusting fridge tops, wiping fridge doors handles, they don't seem to see these things unless pointed out all the time.

Thorough, friendly and polite.

No issues. The cleaner we have are very good with keeping us updated with any low stock etc

Cleaning looks very good so we would like to thank the cleaners for the great job they do.

The cleaners that work at ***do a great job and the supervisor *** is approachable, friendly and very helpful.

The admin/office staff of JaniKing have been very helpful and responsive with mostly good communication, however this has not had led to the improvement in the franchisee cleaning that we need. The issues with the poor cleaning have not been remedied sufficiently, and probably come down to a shortage of good cleaning staff. It has been a disappointing start for us, when we were very hopeful of a long-term positive relationship. You promised so much but sadly have under-delivered so far.
