We first dropped off our car 26 Feb and were told it would be 1-2 weeks. The car was returned to us unfinished 15 Mar due to having incorrect parts. We then had to take it back 12 April but they had the wrong parts again and then they finally finished the repairs 17 May. Meanwhile we received this survey asking for feedback on our experience 05 March...

Apart from the time it took for the parts to arrive, which was a supply issue, I can only say that the care taken by the staff to keep me informed was exemplary. My many questions were answered
