Skirting boards are often missed and are dusty
Floor in nurses room and Store room needs washing everyday
Walls need wiping often with *** as dirty marks esp in waiting room
Overall service has improved

When *** came to sign us up she said she would be back to audit the cleaners progress - we have not seen her or anybody else for that matter.
*** are lovely and reliable cleaners not sure they leave the place sparkling as promised on signing (by ***) but they are good cleaners and we are happy with them.

My current cleaners are exceptional.*** and wife.
The best I have ever had. Their quality manager is just as good.Always making sure the job is done to a high standard.
For the first time in my years with Mani King the floors are like glass.
