I ordered a new iMac with a little trepidation as this company was not known to me. Once they received my order they phoned me to make sure they had all the delivery details, and which day would be better for me for the delivery.
The computer arrived when they said it would, in perfect condition.I would definitely recommend DPSB, as their customer service is outstanding.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent, with great customer service. I appreciated the personal email contact offered. The only thing I would say is that I had no warning of when the item was dispatched and due to be delivered. As there was a delay due to stock availability, this could have been problematic if I was away when the large, high value item (Studio Display) was delivered. Fortunately I was at home, so there was no problem.
