The quickness of receiving the printer was exceptional. Once installed and smaller paper roll it has worked brilliantly. 1 con is that the paper rolls have to be small in length ie 50m not 90m as I had originally bought. Printing is clear and I have tried out all sizes from a4 to a0 this printer deals with them all.
