The service was excellent, the delivery was astonishingly quick from ordering on New Years eve to delivery in Canberra was seven days. The lights exceeded my expectations in quality and finish. The downlight they were replacing were expensive, at the time, and now went straight into the bin.
If all service was like this I would be happy to recommend to other customers.
Price is a factor and you hope to get value from your outlay. In this case it was well worth it.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I was desperately looking in France for a way to replace two LED spotlights that failed after 15 years of service, but I couldn't find anything until I came across these H2 PRO bulbs at Downlights Direct.

I was very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.
Advice given before making the purchase was helpful.

I placed my order at 0045 hrs on Sat 27/12 and received the lights on 31/12 fifteen minutes into the 1 hour time slot given by DPD. I think this is impressive given most of the country grinds to a halt at this time of year!
I have used 2 out of the 4 lights purchased and these work fine.
On my experience I can recommend Downlights Direct.
