Web site was clear with lots helpful explanations which really helped me with my order. Your prices are competitive with the like of screwfix, b&q, etc. Delivery was super quick, and the product itself ( four downlights and a dimmer) are perfect for my application.

Excellent products, so easy to install as replacements for old downlights. I was re-fitting into a a plaster and lath ceiling that had been covered with an extra layer of 22mm plasterboard! If I just poked the new lights in there would have been no airgap around the body of the lights. I cut larger holes to provide ventillation (and to get my hands in to find the wiring loom!) and used the adapter plates to cover the holes. Two brilliant products. We can now see to cook!
