Excellent company, excellent product range, excellent prices. You had exactly what I wanted and found difficult to get elsewhere. However, you're badly let down by using Royal Mail as your courier. They gave me a six hour delivery window, but then delivered the parcel two hours after the end of that window. This is extremely poor service given that Royal Mail have been in the business for over a hundred years. Other courier companies can give a two hour window and then deliver reliably smack in the middle of that window. The problem is that it makes me reluctant to buy items from you if I can get them somewhere else. Please, please use DHL instead.

I telephoned and spoke to a chap who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately when the order arrived the downlighter were the wrong type (surface not recessed) and were different to those that are shown against that particular product code, therefore I don't believe it was the salesman's fault. I have returned them and am waiting for a refund
