The product purchased Coastal CCT Round Bulkhead 15W IP65 Black with PIR Forum Turus
Product Code: CZ-34015-BLK is not fir for purpose. The two wire connectors are push to connect, do not hold the wire with fall out with the slightest tug.

The outer bevels that sit against the ceiling - brushed chrome - get smaller by the year and do not cover the hole in the ceiling. They are 1/4 inch smaller in diameter than previous versions!! Also on the box it shows that you can switch between 3000 and 4000 - but there was no switch on this version!!

This order was for the JCC FireGuard GU10 downlight. There was another order for the JCC V50. This downlight has a 70mm with 84mm diameter, it hasn't ever changed unless you're replacing an old downlight. The CCT switch is located behind the bezel. Sounds like you've got mixed here and the negative review is unfair. All of the dimensions and specifications stated as clear as possible on our website. Your downlights.co.uk team

Delivery was outside the stated time. Communication was poor.

I've checked this order. It was placed on Tuesday the 3rd at 1PM on a 3-4 working day service. It was delivered on Tuesday the 10th. You should have received it on the Friday or Monday, please accept our apologies for the delay. You could have had a next day delivery for just £2.40 extra. Your downlights.co.uk team
