Bad experience with my order.
Before they have posted it I have sent an e-mail to the customer support e-mail asking them to cancel the send if the model of the sensor I requested was different then what I expected.
No reply and they sent it. After receiving it I have confirmed the model was indeed different. Contacted them by e-mail and ... no reply. Sent the item back and requested a full refund including postal costs and... no reply
At the moment, any reply and no money refunded. Don't know why they have a customer support email :(

Great prices and usually fast delivery. Unfortunately, I ‘forgot’ to select a delivery method for this order. The ordering process makes that possible, unfortunately. After a week without receiving a package, I decided to inquire about the whereabouts of the goods. After some back-and-forth communication, I finally selected a shipping method, and the package arrived quickly.
