We have been using Dike shoes for 4-5 years now. We only buy the sublime type toe boxes. There are more of us withing the construction company that use them. The main reasons for choosing them was in the order of importance: Comfort (lightness and wide toe box TYPE 2 / Forma 2), the mud does not stick to the outsole (self cleaning) and the same outsole you can use on epoxy floors with good traction, dryness during summer and endurance (but many shoes are these days resistant). Weak points are: insulation for winter is insufficient but you have room for extra socks and water resistance si not the best but now we bought the water shield versions to check them (hopefully we wont sweat in the summer). All in all we are happy with this type 2 form and this type of compromise shoe for 3 and a half seasons is a rare breed in the market. I recommend for all light inside to medium outside construction sites. They give up a bit of heavy duty for a lot of comfort and agility and hence this makes it safer than a heavier boot.

Just bought Partner trousers and summit boots. The Trousers are very blue on the website... Denim colour but not Denim material. They are grey. This can't be covered by the "Colouring may vary" disclaimer... these are just a totally different colour. Grey is boring. Blue is less boring. That was disappointing. HOWEVER... they feel like great quality and Medium fits my 32cm waist perfectly. So actually once I tried them on the colour is not a problem.

The boots, I've bought before but they've worn out after a lot of work. Lasted longer than other big-name boots I've owned. I got the Summit "Lead" last time and they were light grey. I got the "Lead" again this time (I know, grey's boring) but they're light green. Actually not disappointed about that because the colour is nicer than the last pair.

ANYWAY... these are great boots and I've been recommending them to my colleages with the phrase "who says safety can't be fun". So still 4 stars. If the colours were at least in the correct ballpark, it'd be 5 stars.

I'd advise everyone to buy Dike and just don't get too focused on the colour... good chance it'll be different to what you order.

Last time i received a quite wrong stuff.
I ordered a pair of Dike press trousers wich has got a wrong patent of one backpocket. 😢
Earlier didn’t happen any quality problem.
