Poor Quality Control and problematic communication. I ordered a pair of safety shoes but one of them is defective. The shoe is unwearable. I contact them for a replacement but no luck. Bad experience overall. R.I.P ***

Im registered for vat and based in Ireland but Dike keep producing invoices charging vat and don't reply to my emails. Very poor customer service. Products are very good and I was hoping to kit out all my staff.
You could improve the quality of the finishings. Shoes arrived with some stains and some white marks from foam/glue.

Besides that everything was great. You need to improve marketing and publicity because I don't think that a lot of womens know you, and they are really looking for some nice safety shoes.
I ordered safety shoes but still didn’t receive them… it has been over a week since I Places order.Even though after completing payment, I received an invoice without a tracking number. One week I was waiting for the courier. No notification email from Ups Europe was received - what an inconvenience...I got in touch with customer service and still waiting for a reply. Very unhappy - expecting a refund for not service received....
All good ,superior quality shoe,feels like walking on Air.good style and options too .
Will buy again .
