There was a delay in despatch, with the items going on Monday evening but the items ** to reach the initial RM sorting centre until Thursday morning, the items were delivered on Friday evening.

Awful experience, we will not be using again. Had to wait 4 months for my order to arrive after it was cancelled, arrived with the wrong items and but on several back logs of order.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We take feedback like this seriously and will be reviewing what happened to understand where we fell short and how we can prevent a similar situation occurring again.
I understand that you contacted our office today and that you were happy to keep, with our compliments, the two short sleeved jackets that were sent to you in error of the long sleeved ones.
As discussed, we have also managed to locate one of the correct jackets from our London retail store and this has been dispatched to you today. We will send the second jacket as soon as we receive the additional stock.
We appreciate that this does not change the experience you have had so far, but we hope these actions go some way towards putting things right and restoring your confidence in Dennys.
