I had problems paying through your website. I payed by BACS at 11.45 on Friday 23rd August and notified you. I had explained that the order was urgent, but the order was not dispatched until midday on Tuesday 27th.

Offered a package deal of pad, carers kit and batteries. Then told the call taker would have to check if all components were in stock. They were. DPD asked for delivery address, with alternative, but changed the alternative to be the prime address. I Changed it to pick up.

Order procedure easy. Delivery should have been faster than date promised. However, dpd failed to deliver as promised and emailed claiming no-one was in. This was untrue as I was watching cricket on television less than 20 feet from the front door with a clear view of the road outside. I am certain that no attempt to deliver the package was made. The delivery is now due Tuesday am.

Ordering etc very easy. DPD delivery atrocius.

First attempt apparently we weren't in, we were home all day. Following day delivered but to the office (we live on a park). DPD are the worst delivery company in our area.

It was only after I had ordered a replacement battery and pads that I noticed that the *** per order for delivery, was extremely expensive. Other companies came in around the same figure for the products but offered free delivery. ***, irrespective of whom the carrier is, is the reason why I will now go elsewhere.
