Ordered a new AED Battery. The ordering process was fairly straightforward and easy. The price was reasonable compared to other suppliers. I was quoted a week for delivery but came in a few days.

Excellent service from ease of ordering, delivery and also when I requested an amendment to the invoice address, this was dealt with quickly.

I have not had the need to use customer support, which must be good.
Order process: If iwere to order on line, then there is no way to attach a VAT exemp certficate to the order, hence I have to write in with an order.
I would recommend you because of the wide range of products and the quick service.

Time from order to dispatch was very slow - over 7 days and there was no indication when ordering that there would be a delay or that the item was out of stock.
