Item was delivered to an unmanned reception where the delivery driver forged the signature of the building manager and just left it in reception. Parcel disappeared shortly after. We have done extensive searches throughout the building to no avail.

There was a long delay with the item not coming and I wasn't notified there was a supply issue until I telephoned to find out what had happened. That would have been reassuring and although a delay isn't ideal - it was more irritating that I had to chase you rather than be informed.

Items where delivered in good time and are as expected, from this perspective very good. My issue comes from the fact that on the supplier web site there is a discounted kit with a battery and the replacement pads which is a discounted price, this was not available so I have to order separately costing me more. This when the two items are clearly in stock is frustrating.

I have no problem with placing the order and received back with full details and in time.
