Items still not received for me to give you an answer. Your choice of delivery service is unfortunately poor. Despite me contacting them with precise instructions in how to find the schools reception they have been unable to! It is an important piece of equipment that we need as well!

Prior to the engineers attending site, the service provided by account manager Chloe Davison was excellent. The Engineers appeared onsite much than the appointment time, which is not a problem in itself, however, this was not communicated to me prior to their arrival. Finally, they were onsite, carrying out the actual service for a very very short time. I trust the certificate to confirm compliance will arrive shortly.

generally our discussions went ok Really disappointed that a defibrillator we had purchased previously had become redundant.
You need to check out your delivery company though. I received notice of a delivery time of 18.15 to 19.15 and made sure that i would be in as the parcel had to be signed for. When i got home I checked the delivery tracker to find that the parcel had been delivered at 1520 or thereabouts and signed for by ‘Bob’ impossible as i was in `bolton at that time. I would never sign as *** under any circumstances. Someone forged my acceptance of the parcel, which considering the monetary value was unacceptable.
