Cannot fault the customer service on defibshop's end - superb help on the phone, made it clear what product was required for our defibrillator.

Delivery via DHL was less ideal - they were unable to locate "St George's" on a road with a church, a car park, and a storage facility.

The ordering process was easy. But the delivery was cancelled twice. Maybe this was to do with ordering during the lead up to Christmas? But as my order was for an AED replacement battery,(the original unexpectedly failed), the delay left me nervous.
