The item we ordered was not in stock. This was made clear at the time of the order and regular updates were provided via email. We did have to wait several weeks for the order but this may have been beyond the control of Defibshop and, as indicated, we were kept regularly updated with progress of the order.

Apart from a slight mix-up with my email address every thing was fine..

The whole process is very slow from order as we had to make payment first before delivery is made

I only have issue with the delivery. I would have hoped that delivery would have been by much quicker due to the items being requested. I don’t like leaving my defibrillator out of action for too many days. I always try and keep spares, however on this occasion the user had consumed both sets of paddle’s for their usage. So hopefully going forward the delivery could be quicker.
