You are too quick to send out invoices. I ordered, your system declined my card I received invoice so paid by bank transfer. You then cancelled order even though I'd paid.

The service received from defibshop is excellent. My only comment is the pricing could be clearer on the website. The cost inclusive of VAT is not clearly displayed and would benefit from being in bolder print.
