I have to say, I have been most impressed with the service I got from this company. About 5 to 6 years ago, I bought a defibrillator, as we live in the country and was concerned that the ambulances would not get here in time and we are both getting older..
This company sent me an email to tell me that the battery in the unit needed to be changed.(certainly something I did not expect although I I had to put it in the diary.)
After having contacted them, the new battery arrived the very next day, which I thought was most impressive Service.
I have had no reason to say anything other than good things about this company. A good old-fashioned, quality service, which is very rare these days.
For something as important as this(that needs to be working when it is needed in a hurry), I am most impressed.

I would recommend the Shop without hesitation!

Only issue was it was not clear that the payment needed to be proforma invoice at the time of purchasing which slowed down the reciept of the items.

The new Defib, replacement pads and batteries for the existing defib all arrived timely and in good condition as expected. There was clear communication once over the initial issue with the proforma payment.
