The inclusions in the house were thorough, a true 'Turn Key' experience, and the few things we upgraded were quickly sourced.
No question was too small, and both *** and ***'s communication was fast and always helpful. I have recommended *** to many people and wouldn't hesitate to build with them again!

We have recently built our dream home with *** and the team has delivered beyond our expectations. From the initial design with their architect/draftsmen to the finished product we could not be any happier than we are right now. The attention to detail and knowledge that *** has is second to none and this is also backed up by the construction supervisor ***. *** and I were both heavily involved with the design and fit off of our home and this was never a problem for the team even though we changed our minds a thousand times and I’m sure this would of tested the patience of most builders. Every sub contractor that worked on our project has produced faultless work and it was all done with a smile. I was completely comfortable dealing with JKW Constructions from design stage to completion. Due to covid restriction we were unable to regularly check on our build but with regular progress photos and constant information updates from *** he made it very easy to put our ** in both timing and quality of the build. JKW seem to have assembled an excellent team and judging by the quality of workmanship take pride in their finished product. We instantly new *** were the ones we wanted to build our house. ***, *** and his designer were a pleasure to do business with. Our land was a long narrow block but the design was perfect and can honestly say there is nothing we would change. Both *** and *** put up with all our questions and concerns, kept us informed of everything during the process and made excelent suggestions along the way. Even after handover they still provide support to rectify any issues. We would definitely build with *** again.

JKW were in constant communication with me throughout the whole build, nothing was too much trouble and if I didn’t think of it, they did. They all went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I had heard many horror stories about building your own home but it was the complete opposite with JKW.
