Following an order made on 2019-02-14

We had a bull bar and UHF radio fitted. The bull bar fitting was fine except that they removed our recovery points in order to fit it. We feel they should have phoned us to discuss options rather than simply removing them and telling us after it was done.
In relation to the UHF radio they simply put the unit behind a panel on the centre console - unattached - and on our first trip on uneven road the unit fell out at the passengers feet. $*** for fitting and this happens is unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback after the recent work carried out on your vehicle. In regards to the recovery points, by the time we noticed that they would not fit back onto the vehicle without modification to the bullbar mounts the bumper bar was already cut and bullbar fitted so there weren't any options to discuss at that point. We did speak with you upon collection of the vehicle explaining what the problem was and that a solution, with some modification, was they could be made to fit, however, we didn't have time on the day to do so.
As for the UHF unit, this is not at all up to our usual high standards of workmanship, if you do have an issue with anything to do with products we've fitted to your vehicle please don't hesitate to call us straight away so that we can have to opportunity to rectify any problems in a timely manner. If you would like to bring the vehicle in at your next earliest convenience we can fix up the UHF while you wait.
