A wider range of retailers and businesses would be welcome but any new ones should offer enticing initial discounts (say 30% to 40%+) to have a good chance of increasing their footfall. If they are any good then customers will naturally return (even if the discounts are lower).

My only suggestion is to switch to using e-vouchers instead of asking people to print them. Better for the environment and for people like us who don’t have a printer!

Great service, great offerings. The only 'constructive criticism' is that the Payment/Checkout isn't very slick. Normally an eCommerce site would remember your card details. But on each voucher 1 purchased (I booked several) I had to type the entire long card number in, expiry date etc.

The order procedure is really good. My only small gripe is that on mobile the emails aren't really easy on the eye and the layout can be a bit strange. (Android) The deals are good and I've bought some in the past and intend to keep an eye out over the coming months.
