I found the customer service was very unprofessional. I received an order from you with no return label or documents in the box. I made 6 e-mail attempts (with ***) and 2 chats and 3 international phone calls to try and get documents sent to me. Finally 1-1/2 weeks later I called Italy from the US and spoke to ***. She e-mailed me a label but the documents were not sufficient enough to return. I had to fill out international forms at the FedX store. I requested to *** to please wave my shipping return fees because of the inconveniences I have experienced with your company. (International phone calls etc.) She said absolutely no fees will be refunded. I love your products but unfortunately I will never order anything else from your website. Your customer service is completely shocking and unacceptable.
