Poor customer communication and lack of transparency regarding order status.
I placed and paid for my order almost 4 weeks ago, but received zero updates or proactive information regarding the delivery date or shipping status. Only after reaching out multiple times did I find out that the entire delivery was delayed due to a single accessory (the remote control).
No partial delivery of the main unit was offered by customer support to allow for early installation before the cold season. Furthermore, offering the black version of the remote control at the "same price" was presented as a special accommodation, even though both color options have the exact same standard retail price.
The communication and willingness to solve issues proactively need significant improvement.
