Driver was driving recklessly. Often cutting off other cars and speeding.

Wonderful service💯
Our driver, ***, met us right on time, he was very polite, very efficient, very corteous and got us quickly to our destination. Wonderful experience.

Everything up to the pick-up was great - the Airport Bee website was easy to navigate, and the reminder email and texts were very useful.

The car was booked for *** on 11 March from London W12 to Heathrow Terminal 5, a journey that normally takes under 30 minutes at that time of the morning. We were waiting outside the house with our luggage at 0545. I got a text from REGAL CARS at 0547 saying that our taxi had just been booked. I rang to ask what that meant, and was told that the car was doing another job first and would get to us as soon as possible. Understandably I was not happy, explaining that we were meant to be PICKED UP at 0545 and we had a plane to catch. They asked if I would like to cancel the booking. I explained I had pre-paid in advance. Regal Cars were confused, saying that they do not accept pre-payment, and that I would have to pay the booked driver in cash. Obviously I refused.

After speaking to his manager, a new booking was dispatched to us at 0600. The car arrived at 0620, the time we were expecting to already be at the airport. By this time traffic was busy so we didn't arrive at Terminal 5 until just before 0700, 40 minutes later than we hoped. This could have been the crucial difference between catching or missing a flight.

This whole experience was EXTREMELY stressful. Regal Cars kept asking, "what time is your flight?" When I told them, they said, "oh, why are you worried, you have plenty of time."

THAT IS NOT THE POINT. We particularly wanted to be at the airport in very good time, instead it was a nail-biting drive through slow-moving traffic, and a big rush to check in and get through security. Exactly why I paid a premium price to avoid! Whilst we were waiting, we obviously explored other options, and Uber would have been much much cheaper and were within 2 minutes of us.

After this experience, we will not be recommending or using you again.
The Driver 632 (?) LO17 ZVP was on time, very polite, helpful and, most importantly, his driving style was soft and at the same time efficient. The best I had so far.

The only thing with potential improvement was the booking app. I had difficulty to pay by credit card on iPhone / IPad , it worked from PC though
