Awful company.
-take random unjustifiable amounts from your account.
-almost impossible to contact customer services without an hour on hold.
-stall promise to return calls and emails and rarely do when you can get through.
-numerous missed collections.
- almost impossible to leave because of their *** contract.
Well breach of contract
Missed. Collections all the time
Charges you got goods and service you don't have.
Never responded to complaints
Poor and rude customer services.
Unhelpful manager that never call you when they say they will or if you ask for a call Bach that when you get though.
Charges you for bins you don't have.
Over weight charge.
Many many many unhappy customers that cheaper waste ignore.
Service is ok till you in a contract then all hell break loose.
This is the 36th 1 star review out of 36 on a site that needs proof to post. Says it all. This is a scam company. I've been misrepresented when signing contract and clearly lied to since in an effort to extort me. I refuse to be bullied into paying extortionate fees based on lies and I'm ready to take legal action. Check out the fb group of unhappy customers with over 640 members. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEIR THREATS. They're currently under investigation by trading standards PLEASE REPORT THEM
AVOID! When I was hit with excess waste charges (making my bill 4 times higher) I rang to change my plan to meet my needs. Even though I was charged for using 420kg in a 2 week period I was told that I'm regularly using only 15kg a week! Then after a short while they hammered me with more excess waste charges. Basically they lied to me in order to export more money from me. In the 6 months I've been with them they've tried taking 3 times more than I should be paying. Still unresolved. COWBOYS
Please go out of business 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 you are a menace for small businesses, a disgrace and you deserve to simply disappear!!! Missed collections, hidden charges, no customer service !
My bin was supposed to be £*** +vat per collection and in the first month i was in shock that over £*** had been taken from my bank in separate transactions. no bin collections either so cancelled direct debit and called the company that own the bin as these are a broker and they told me Cheaper Waste cancelled the contract for my bin in the first month. 6 months on still got the bin still not been emptied. DO NOT USE!!!
Completely useless company! My last regular collection was 27/8/2020 and despite more than a dozen phone calls (over 6 hours of waiting in total, some twenty emails, and waiting for collections that were “absolutely” going to happen, I still have months’ worth of waste here. They now won’t even reply to my emails, leaving me completely unable to move forward. I only get contacted when they want money, but they don’t reply when I want a service to work before paying more!
This company are not even worthy of a one star! It's run by a bunch of cowboys who took my bin away and then two years later billed me for for all of the missed payments and late payment charges. I had no correspondence or telephone calls for 2 years and now I've been taken to court for around £ ***.. Stay away, you'll be sorry...
They don't tell you hidden costs up front
Appalling company to deal with... extra charges applied with no proof they are genuine. Credit notes not applied to account when said they would do so. Customer services are nightmare to contact.... frequently 1 hour and more waiting on phone.

Bins not collected and no notification given as to why.

Terrible company would not recommend.
