They changed the address on the Landlord policy to their own and then did not pay the invoice

Hi I send email after email with no response, I have to chase up outstanding water bills and this is a service I am paying for why should I have to manage my own tenant payments ? not happy and if this does not change and quickly I will be moving to another provider. Happy to discuss ***. I am purchasing another property and as it looks at the moment I have no reason to come to Vystal due to poor service. Can you please fix this ASAP Thank you
*** was meant to send us quotes for a few small repairs needed after vacating. She told us it would take 4 days max to get quotes. We never heard anything back and now we receive a QCAT lodgement notification. This has to be the worst communication breakdown of all time. We tried calling and no response nor did anyone answer the 1300 number. Regards, ***
