Ordered sealy 210 wire feed board, estimated delivery 3 to 5 days. I Ordered the item on 28th of April and received it on the 17th of May.
I personally lost money and customers and potential customers while waiting for this part.
I found customer service by email a disaster just getting back the same reply and told they would update me but never did. Only after a phone conversation with Kim was the issue resolved with in two days. I personally will not be ordering from this company again.
