Having paid the best part of £*** postage for a small item I would've expected next day delivery or at least 48hr delivery WITH TRACKING.
However what I got was an email telling me that the item had been posted and that was it. I was not able to track it.It took six days to arrive and I only happened to find it sitting on the doorstep by accident when I went outside for something else. Nobody knocked or rang the bell. I know this is the fault of the courier company but if there'd been tracking i would've known it was there.There was no notification of delivery at all.
Ironically the email asking for a glowing review came before my order did.
