Disappointed.
Car took nearly four weeks to repair compared to estimated two weeks.
I had to pay for a hire car for those two extra weeks out of my pocket.

Also unprofessional communication as I leaned that the car was not ready when I called to arrange pick up after the first two weeks.

At first I was told they need one more week. Called to arrange pick up and again they said they need another week.

I had to hire a more expensive car due to no availability caused by having to book at the last minute twice.
Staff very helpful. Looks like a good job fixing paint. Job finished in good timeframe. Delay in getting panel but everything else great.
Service was very good from quote stage to final with updates along the way.
I am a fussy car owner and was very pleased with the finished repair and paint match
