Good over all but delivery was very poor when I’ve just spent nearly 7 thousand pounds with you and the delivery was just special delivery no attempt by delivery person (I assume it was Royal Mail) to obtain a signature for the coins and just posted into a box on the wall outside my house

It was smooth experience first time & also this time. Except the I haven't got delivery on second day after it has been dispatched. It was stuck at swindon MC whole day and today I got delivery and Royal mail has not done hand to hand delivery which is a concern as they have dropped this in my apartments' mailbox downstairs & got it signed by building's care taker. The first time it was delivered to me personally and I believe it should be that way.

Other than that Process is simple & quick.
