Our experience buying our home with Buckingham and Co. was exceptional. *** professionalism and helpful support in providing access to information and details was always done efficiently, and nothing was ever a problem for him or his team. *** is very knowledgeable not just about Montmorency but the whole region and his guidance during this time has been invaluable.

Overall a good outcome. The only person I found difficult was the woman who came to suggest how the house needed to look for the sale. She complained that she was really to busy and she was going to the races. Did not bring a pen or paper so notes were taken by us. Then asked us how much we wanted to sell some objects in the house, even suggesting what she thought was the appropriate price. Seemed like a conflict of interest and we all agreed it was hardly the place or time. Everyone else was very helpful, polite and considerate. Thanks ***
