Not too sure if *** received the box
All I saw was a photo of the box dropped and nothing else

Dear Chris,

I wanted to contact you in relation to your recent review on Ekomi as we are here to help in any way we can.

You had said that you were unsure if the recipient had received the gift as you only saw it dropped and nothing else.

With this in mind, I have checked the tracking and it shows delivered on 8th January however, as you mentioned, the picture only shows the box which prompted me to take it a little further.

I therefore took the liberty of ringing the recipient to ask if the gift had been received, David confirmed that yes, the delivery was received. I never mentioned anything regarding your good self and said I was doing a one-off spot check on DPD to ensure it had been received.

If you are now able to confirm you are now happy with the result, I would be grateful if you can let me know, as we in turn need to respond to Ekomi. Should we not hear from you then we need to show we have looked into this by posting our response.

Hoping to hear from you soon and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
