I purchased a personalised money box fro yourselves. Unfortunately it had horrible scratches across the top. I was very disappointed. I sent an email explaining the situation.

Order arrived quickly. Item very good quality, very pleased with it.

Product arrived within expected time frame. Was disappointed with the quality of the wood used to make the product. Was very lightweight which no doubt affected the quality of printing of the picture on the product. Also make the product feel cheap.

I brought a remembrance cushion for my friend. She is going to love it. Excellent quality and soft. The printed image has come out really clear. I can't wait to give it to her.
