Always been a fan of Bondara, however I do feel service has declined . I had made an order and payed for next day , which never arrived on time . I appreciate I did get a refund . But the whole process I felt could have been dealt with better.

The delayed delivery of your parcel was due to the courier failing to make collection from our warehouse, as the lorry broke down on route and needed recovering.

I reached out about a return twice and got no response, return form links are broken, items are mostly damaged and/or not as described, finally got a return form generated but no idea if I'll get a response once I send them
