Always been a fan of Bondara, however I do feel service has declined . I had made an order and payed for next day , which never arrived on time . I appreciate I did get a refund . But the whole process I felt could have been dealt with better.

Fast and reliable

I reached out about a return twice and got no response, return form links are broken, items are mostly damaged and/or not as described, finally got a return form generated but no idea if I'll get a response once I send them

The toy we bought was faulty , supposed to have 8 settings, it intermittently turned on for a few seconds . I wanted to get it replaced with another product, but was told to download stickers etc too much hassle, i was only home for a few days now back in asia and my wife very disappointed

Found what I wanted easily on the website. Simple to place the order and it was delivered on the promised day. So all hunky dory.
